Dave will be discussing alcohol awareness, grey-area drinking, workplace drinking cultures and habits, how to change your relationship with alcohol and manage the triggers (stress/work/relationships), as well as the benefits of trying an alcohol-free lifestyle, whether that be short-term or long-term.
