Elcons have provided us with an invaluable service over the last 12 years or so.

In the beginning, I will be honest that I naively thought that after the initial three years with new contracts drawn up and templates shared for managing staff and situations, we would be able to manage HR in-house without engaging a consultancy. I couldn’t have been more wrong!

Employment Law and H&S regulations are constantly evolving. Elcons not only ensure that our contracts, manuals, and handbooks are updated to comply with current legislation, they also provide excellent regular training programmes and much-needed support when the going gets tough!
