Johanna McMillan-Peel Graduate CIPD
Director of Operations
Johanna is a qualified Human Resources practitioner and has over 19 years’ experience working within the Human Resources Management and Employment Law field.
As well her acumen as an experienced trainer in employment law and best practice management, Johanna also specialises in the legal documentation side. Johanna is responsible for creating bespoke contracts of employment, employee handbooks, service contracts and casual letters for seasonal workers, all tailored to the specific needs of clients.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Yasmin has worked within the HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety sector for almost two decades at middle management level. She has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing and has successfully managed large telesales and client retention operations for large national and multi-national external consultancy support providers.
Her role involves motivating the sales team and ensures that all our prospective client’s expectations are met prior to the meeting with our Business Development Consultant.
Yasmin’s approach with her staff is honest and ensures that they are aware that her door is always open.

Julie’s role involves meeting businesses from all sectors to introduce the services of Elcons, and highlight the many ways in which we differ from our competitors in order to deliver the best service possible.
Having worked within the HR, Employment Law and the Health & Safety industry for over 16 years, Julie has vast experience in tailoring packages for the client to match their specific HR and Legal requirements and budget.
Julie’s has an honest and open approach, which matches the business ethics of Elcons, and always leaves every prospect feeling reassured that they are going to get the best return on their investment.
Lead Strategic Consultant
Debra joined Elcons as an Employment Law Advisor in May 2015 following over 7 years in an Employment Law/HR advisory capacity within a great variety of companies in the care, security, and manufacturing sector.
Prior to this she ran her own company for 11years. Debra has a wealth of experience in all areas of employment law and has assisted micro businesses up to blue chip companies with their HR issues. Her career has also involved personally managing employees, strategic change and research.

Lead HR and Organisation/Workforce Development Consultant
With 12 years HR industry experience prior to joining Elcons, Emma brings a wealth of strategic and operational HR insight to the team. Drawing on experiences in Social Housing, Care and Education sectors Emma has a strength for working to auditory body requirements and best practice models and is competent in assisting with TUPE, mergers and acquisitions, redundancies, restructures, disciplinary, grievance, absence management strategies, settlements, workforce development and capability matrices.
Besides operational and strategic HR roles Emma has taught the Certificate in HR Practice CIPD at a local college and studied for a L7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring with Lancaster University. Prior to working in HR Emma studied and achieved a Geology degree and mastered advanced level hula hooping…

Callum joined Elcons as an Advocate in June 2019. His role involves preparing and handling Employment Tribunal cases from start to finish, negotiating settlements and representing clients at preliminary and final hearings.

Lead Legal Consultant
As well as successfully completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC), Donna has also worked within the legal field. She has experience working within in-house legal departments for international companies, as well as for Solicitors and Employment Law Consultancies, and currently provides advice to a wide range of clients from SMEs to high profile international clients. Donna joined Elcons in 2010.
Donna also has vast experience in negotiating settlements, preliminary hearings and representation in Employment Tribunal.

Employment Law Advisor
Terrie joined Elcons in March 2017 and has over 16 years retail management experience, having honed her experience and skill set working for a large well-known organisation.
Her exceptional skills include Employee Relations – ensuring that all issues were dealt with efficiently, change management – supporting managers and staff through changing business needs, restructure including redundancies and identifying alternative roles and learning and development – by supporting managers to deliver constructive 121 meetings, appraisals and training to ensure employees develop and understand the company expectations.

Employment Law Advisor
Coming from a FTSE 100 Multi National Company, Catherine is relatively new the HR community with 4 years’ experience working within a HR Role. Having achieved her CIPD Associate status and qualification in Personnel Development, Catherine continues to develop herself and is continuing to study to gain her Diploma CIPD in Personnel Management and Business Strategy.

Employment Law Consultant
Rebecca joined Elcons in March 2019 as an Employment Law Consultant. Rebecca has a wide range of management experience, having managed teams for 18 years, moving into HR management in 2012. Rebecca’s background is predominantly retail and more recently financial services where she specialised in learning and development.
Rebecca completed her Cipd Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource management in 2018 and builds on her knowledge with continuous professional development.

Natasha joined Elcons in March 2019 as an Employment Law Consultant. Natasha came with a wealth of experience having worked for nearly 10 years in the NHS. She then made a career move into the world of food retail. During her time in retail, Natasha held a management position and improved her knowledge of HR, Employee Relations and People Management as she worked hands on to ensure that people were trained, motivated and engaged in order to meet the business objective, that being the customer is king! She later decided she needed to further her career where her current skills would match the Elcons ethos and wanted to work with a Company who places their employees and clients at the heart of everything that they do.
Natasha’s CIPD qualification, her passion in Employment Law and her experience make Natasha an excellent addition to the team!
